Questions

How often do you check my sites?

Free checks every 5 minutes; Pro checks every 1 minute. Each check does an HTTP GET or HEAD request and compares the response status to what you expect.

What alerts do I get?

Email alerts on state changes: one when a monitor goes down, and another when it recovers — not on every single check. So your inbox only lights up when something actually changes.

Is the status page really included?

Yes. Free includes 1 public status page showing live status and 90-day uptime; Pro can publish multiple. Pingdom and others charge extra for this — we don't.

How is this cheaper than Pingdom?

No per-check billing. Pro is a flat $5/month for up to 25 monitors at 1-minute checks. Your bill doesn't balloon as you add URLs.

What happens if I cancel Pro?

Your account returns to the Free plan at the end of the paid period. Monitors above the free limit are paused, not deleted — you keep your data.

How is my data handled?

We never store visitor IP addresses, don't sell data, and run no third-party ad trackers. We keep only aggregate daily uptime stats. See our Privacy Policy.
